Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies – Pisa, Crop Science Research Center  and UniPG, Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences

Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies – Pisa and UniPG have three key roles in the Planet O-live Academy: to guide olive growers and millers in experimenting with sustainable practices and the circular economy; to disseminate state-of-the-art knowledge to producers who are members of Confagricoltura and Assoprol; to provide Confagricoltura and Assoprol with priority sustainability issues to bring to institutional venues.

For the Crop Science Research Center of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Luca Sebastiani, full professor of General Arboriculture and Arboreal Cultivation, coordinates the Planet O-live Academy research group. For the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences of the University of Perugia, another academic excellence: Prof. Servili, full professor of Food Science and Technology. Both have enthusiastically joined our Planet O-live project by taking an active part in the Academy.
